Privacy Policy

When you create an account we collect your email address. If you request a home valuation, ask about a home, or contact us, we collect what you provide — typically your name, email, phone number, and details about the property or your search.

Our forms carry two separate, independent text-message checkboxes, both unchecked by default: one for messages about the request you made, and a separate one for marketing messages. You can accept either without the other, and neither is a condition of anything we provide. We keep a record of whichever consent you gave and the exact wording you agreed to. You can withdraw either one any time by replying STOP to a message or contacting us.

If you check the first box, Valley Wide Agentswill text you about the request you made and your own inquiry — the home valuation you asked for, questions about a specific property, and coordinating showings and appointments. If you separately check the marketing box, we will also text you recurring marketing messages about new listings, price changes and local market updates. Checking one box never checks the other, and declining marketing does not affect messages about your own request.

Mobile opt-in data and phone numbers are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only by Valley Wide Agents to contact you, and are shared only with the service providers who deliver those messages on our behalf.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at charles@vwagents.com. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If you submit the form on our mortgage page, we save the first name, last name, phone number and email address you provide, and your Valley Wide Agents agent may introduce you by name to CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC (NMLS #3029), an unaffiliated mortgage lender, so a licensed loan originator can contact you about financing. We share this information only at your direction, and we do not sell it.

Anything you enter on CrossCountry Mortgage’s own application site is collected by them and governed by their privacy policy, not ours. Valley Wide Agents is not a mortgage lender or mortgage broker.

You can withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time — reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us at charles@vwagents.com. We honor these requests within 10 business days. Withdrawing consent with us does not withdraw it with CrossCountry Mortgage; to opt out with them, contact them directly at (480) 818-6222. We keep a record of the consent you gave, including the date and the exact wording you agreed to.

To make the site useful, we record how you interact with it: the searches you run and their filters, the homes you view and how long you spend on them, the homes you favorite, and the saved searches and alerts you set up. We store an identifier in your browser’s local storage so this activity can be tied together across a visit.

We use this to show you more relevant homes, to send the alerts you asked for, and so that your agent can understand what you’re looking for and help you better.

Your information and activity are shared with your Valley Wide Agents agent through our customer relationship management system, so we can follow up and assist you. We also use service providers who process data on our behalf — website hosting, database hosting, email delivery, and mapping.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

Property listings on this site come from the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS) and are displayed under its Internet Data Exchange rules. That listing content belongs to ARMLS and the listing brokerages, not to us.

You can change how often you receive listing emails, or turn them off, on your saved searches page. You can unsubscribe from emails, withdraw text consent, or ask us to delete your account and associated data by contacting us.
