Text message program
This page describes how Valley Wide Agents collects permission to send text messages, exactly what you agree to, which numbers we send from, and how to stop at any time. Messages are sent by Valley Wide Agents, a real estate team brokered by Realty of America LLC.
How people opt in
We collect texting consent in exactly two ways: a checkbox on our own website, or a text message you send us first. We never text numbers from purchased, rented, or imported lists.
1. The home-valuation form at www.vwagents.com/sell
The form has three steps: step 1 asks for the property address, step 2 asks optional home details, and step 3 asks for contact information. On step 3, below the optional phone field, this consent checkbox appears. It is unchecked by default, and the home valuation is prepared and delivered whether or not it is checked — consent is never a condition of receiving any service.

The box is shown unchecked because that is its default state on the live form — you must check it yourself. For every opt-in we store the date, the page, and the exact wording agreed to.

2. Texting us first
You can start a conversation with us by texting any of our numbers — for example, to request a free home-value estimate:

Texting us first — the keyword above, YES, START, or simply writing to one of our numbers — opts you in to replies within that conversation. Replies go only to you.

How to stop, or get help
Reply STOP to any message and you are removed immediately — one confirmation message, then nothing further. We also honor CANCEL, QUIT, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, STOPALL, REVOKE. Opting out of texts does not affect your account, saved searches, or anything else we do for you. Reply START at any time to resubscribe.
